Submit a report

Report a supplier or submit evidence

Your report helps other researchers check before they pay. It stays private until a moderator reviews it, and your identity is never published without your explicit consent.

What you can include

The more precise the identifiers, the more useful the report.

  • Business or brand name, and the contact name or alias used
  • Phone / WhatsApp, Telegram, email, website or domain
  • Payment account handle or crypto wallet (never card numbers, bank passwords or seed phrases)
  • Dates, what was promised, what happened, and amounts if you wish
  • Screenshots, invoices, tracking records or COAs (PNG, JPG or PDF, up to 10 MB each)

What happens next

You receive an incident ID and can follow the status from your account: submitted, checking identifiers and evidence, seeking a response from the business, then published, corrected or not published. Rejected reports can be appealed once.

Your privacy

Your name and email stay private. Personal phone numbers you supply are encrypted and never shown publicly unless verified as a registered business's official contact. You can withdraw an unpublished report at any time.

Please be factual

Describe what you experienced and can document. Avoid speculation about identity — impersonation is common. Submitting knowingly false reports is not allowed.

How a report becomes public

  1. 1Submitted

Private. Only you and moderators can see it. You receive an incident ID.

  2. 2Checking identifiers & evidence

Exact identifiers are matched, documents reviewed and personal data redacted.

  3. 3Seeking response

The named business is offered a right of reply before publication.

  4. 4Published · corrected · rejected

A moderator decides. Rejections can be appealed once; published files can be corrected.

Personal phone numbers and private individuals' identities are never published from a complaint alone. Only contact points verified to belong to a registered business can be shown.
