Report an incident
Five short steps. Tick “Publish this report publicly now” and it goes live right away as your unreviewed account; otherwise it stays private.
We keep three things apart: the allegation (what you say happened), the proof (documents) and the outcome (where things stand now).
How a report becomes public
- 1Submitted
Private. Only you and moderators can see it. You receive an incident ID.
- 2Checking identifiers & evidence
Exact identifiers are matched, documents reviewed and personal data redacted.
- 3Seeking response
The named business is offered a right of reply before publication.
- 4Published · corrected · rejected
A moderator decides. Rejections can be appealed once; published files can be corrected.
Personal phone numbers and private individuals' identities are never published from a complaint alone. Only contact points verified to belong to a registered business can be shown.
